Venue Capacity
The Beal Event Center has the capacity to host up to 150 guests for wedding ceremonies, concerts, or
lectures. With the use of venue chairs and tables, the event center can accommodate up to 125 guests.
Indoor Wedding Ceremonies
and Receptions
If you want to have your ceremony in the main ballroom and flip it to become your reception, please allow a one-hour break before the reception starts.
Decorations
Prior approval from the venue is required to use any outside decorations. Decorations cannot be hung or attached to any venue structure without approval. Sparklers, bubbles, and birdseed are only allowed outside the venue. Rice, confetti, and glitter are not permitted anywhere on the premises. All decorations and signs must be set up on the day of the event and removed immediately after. We provide linens, centerpieces, place settings, table runners, and other items at an additional cost. You can choose to bring your own or rent from an external company.
Do you have on-site lodging?
Although we do not provide lodging on the property, we have a list of local lodging vendors that we can suggest.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted at The Beal Center only for private events, and the venue does not provide it. You are solely responsible for serving and monitoring the alcoholic beverages, as well as obtaining the necessary permits.
Smoking
No smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the venue. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in the designated containers. This regulation will be strictly enforced.
Tours
We would be happy to give you a tour of The Beal Center. Please contact us to schedule a time or drop by during business hours, Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Deposit & Fee(s)
The Beal Center requires a refundable damage deposit check for the rental of the courtroom, conference room, courtyard, and gazebo. All areas must be left in the same condition as they were received. Please refer to the contract for more information.
Payment
The payment for all services is divided into two equal installments. The initial payment is due within 10 days of receiving the quote, while the final payment is due 30 days before the event date.
Please note that the final payment is non-refundable. We accept payment through check, PayPal, Venmo, or credit/debit cards.
Liability and Damages
The Beal Center requires evidence of wedding liability and/or event insurance to be obtained within 30 days of the occasion. We are not accountable for adverse weather conditions, lost or stolen objects. The client is liable for any destruction to all the venue's structures.
Catering
The Beal Center does not offer catering services. You are allowed to use any vendor of your choice, but catering must include cleanup during and after your event.
Music
All music must end by 11:00 p.m. out of respect for our adjacent property owners.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
The Beal Center provides a list of preferred vendors exclusively for clients who have booked an event.
Can I bring my pet?
Venue-approved pets are allowed indoors for ceremony purposes, provided they are leashed and cleaned up after. They must be removed from the property after the event.
